I had a pleasant stay overall at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, thanks to its fantastic location and warm hospitality. However, I found that some aspects, like the room decor, seemed to show signs of wear, which is unexpected for a hotel of this caliber. The proximity to the airport and easy access to Jewel made my trip more convenient, but the sound insulation could be improved.
